Ukintuku's Ultimate Workout is designed by Nick
Ugoalah, BSC. Canadian Wrestling Champion, and Fitness Expert. It is based
on his experiences of getting maximum result out of the human body.
It Works! Because it is designed for you to break
the physical barriers that hold you back. In this fun, intense program,
you will follow an inspiring drum beat from Nick's homeland as you perform
the exercises, this will help you maintain your focus and build momentum
throughout the program. You will work with a group of others to achieve
the physical results you're really looking for.
In each session you will start off by:

The Zone
Establishing a calm, focused and energized
internal state is the key to performing in the zone. In the zone, you
are positive and expectant of results. When achieved, you unleash the
ability to perform to the upper ends of your talent and skill, withstand
tremendous strain without breaking and to remain unyielding under
adverse circumstances. Ukintuku's Ultimate Workout mental conditioning
program in addition to the trancelike drumbeat conditions you to be in
the zone for every workout.
Intensity and Recovery
To achieve growth there must be moments of
intense stress followed by moments of recovery. Life follows this same
pattern; you see it in seasonal cycles, circadian rhythms, and the
intensity of birth to the peace of completion. Leave out those moments
of stress and no growth. Leave out the recovery, no growth. Ukintuku's
Ultimate Workout teaches participants how to generate growth resulting
intensity in their training programs in balance with recovery to drive
their bodies to become more resilient and fit.

group atmosphere. This adds a social dimension to exercise with other
people around; you'll focus less on the rigors of the workout and spur
on those feelings that push you onwards. Besides it can help to motivate
